Effective for constipation
I have struggled with chronic constipation for 40 years. After trying cacao, I began to have bowel movements every other day to daily after just two days of drinking one cup daily. I prefer not to use constipation medicine, but cacao seems beneficial for overall health. It has a natural bitter taste, so I mix half with hot water and the other half with soy milk.
